CREDIT CARD PURCHASES
When purchasing in our store, your credit card will only be billed for in-stock goods. We will not charge your card for goods that are backordered. In the event of a backordered item we will reserve the purchase and bill your card once the goods are in stock at the shipping warehouse. Certain stitch to order items will be charged a non refundable deposit amount (specified in the product listing) the rest of the purchase amount will be charged when the item ships.

SHIPPING TIMES
All orders will be processed within 24 hours, however shipping times may vary. If we are away at a festival or performance venue there will be a short delay in shipping out your product. In this event the order processor will notify you of the situation and update the shipping queue accordingly. We will ship out your items as soon as we return.

PRODUCT RETURNS
We are sorry but we have to be very strict on the following conditions. All product returns MUST be preauthorized prior to return. If we receive a returned item that has not been preauthorized (have an RMA number). We will consider the return to be a merchandise gift from the sender. We will grant EXCHANGE or IN STORE CREDIT only for all returned items. Exceptions to this rule are for damaged one of a kind goods purchased on eBay.

EBAY PURCHASES
All eBay items are offered on an as is basis at extreme discount. We do not arrange for refund or exchange on eBay purchases. In the event your eBay purchase arrives damaged in transit you should immediately submit a damage claim and your purchase amount will be refunded.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
All damage to parcel packaging must be reported within 3 days of arrival. We will make arrangements for a UPS / Postal Service call to retrieve the damaged items and submit the order claim. We require photographic evidence of the damage to be faxed to our office as evidence of claim. See the contact us page for FAX number.

PRODUCT INSURANCE
Our free in-house product insurance applies only to the first $100 of the product value. If your order exceeds $100 we recommend that you purchase additional insurance to cover the entire cost of your order. The option to purchase additional insurance will be offered to your through the shopping cart checkout process.
