ENTER
This contest is open to all US Domestic and International
customers who have purchased a pattern from the
Oasis Dance Company storefront or Oasis Dance Company eBay
outlet between January 1st 2008 and June 30th 2008 is
eligible to submit an entry for the contest. Judges and
employees and relatives of either the judges of the
contest or the Oasis Dance Company or the Pattern
companies involved as contest sponsors not eligible to
enter.
SUBMITTING YOUR ENTRY
All entries must be received or postmarked by Sept 1st 2008.
Incomplete entries will not be considered. All submissions
must include the following:

Completed
Contestant Information Form (click here to download)

Three photos
(3 megapixel or higher and/or 200 dpi or higher
resolution) of the garment/costume (front, back and side)
or 5x7 glossy photo.
Softcopy
Submission: Entries may be submitted as a zip file
that includes all required documents. Please follow naming
conventions for the zip file Costume-Entry_<contestant's
name>_2008.
Hardcopy
Submission: Entries will be accepted via US mail
provided they are postmarked by the contest deadline: Sept
1st 2008. Oasis Dance Company will not be held liable for
lost or damaged entries. Mail entries to:
